These cupcakes were done for two very adorable people- Lauren & Brian for their rehearsal dinner before their October wedding. I have known both Lauren and Brian for years and was truly flattered to be able to create something for their special day. Since their wedding was in the fall, we decided we would stick to the season and make pumpkin cupcakes! These treats were like mini pumpkin pies but in a cupcake format. We topped the cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and decided to decorate the cupcakes with none other than a heart for love. The hearts were made out of fondant and then were inscribed with the letter "H", the monogram of their last name. Because they were given out as favors to their guests, we boxed them in adorable clear packages with brown filling to make them look nice & autumn like. Congrats to the happy couple! :)
