Carrot Cake Sweetie Cupcakes are really good. They are so moist and so cute! This order was done for a friends birthday party. Karleen, the birthday girl really likes carrot cake so we decided to make cupcakes for all her guests to have bite sized treats at the party. These cupcakes are carrot cake topped with cream cheese frosting and then finished off with marizpan carrots. And yes, the carrots are edible! :)
